I wrote in my memoir that I sensed something missing in the Church, in the gospel that I was being taught Sunday after Sunday. This was the genesis of me saying yes to God’s question “Do you want to be made well, daughter?” I said yes. He began to put me back in my story For me. From that moment God began giving me feet, grounding me in his Way. It was the first time I learned about the God that was walking with me all those years. Their wings awakening me in wonder and expectancy, as I wait for Sabbath to come for us like a Bride tonight. I feel like I have a million butterflies under my skin.
The more childlike I stay, the more I see, if that makes sense. I find myself super curious about Sabbath these days.
